| Author(s) | Mr. Balaji Chode |

| Abstract | This paper presents the development of TM Pubmaster+, a modern platform that automates and accelerates the generation of MIL-STD-compliant technical manuals. By addressing long standing bottlenecks in XML structuring, schema validation, and rendering, the platform provides a scalable and standards-aligned publishing pipeline suitable for Department of Defense (DoD) environments. This work highlights key architectural components, implementation features, and how the system reduces time-to-publish while ensuring full compliance with military specifications. |
