Abstract | This study explores how Total Quality Management (TQM) in MSMEs can improve organisational discipline and regulatory compliance, making fair pay, safe conditions, and equitable treatment for women an inherent outcome. Using Indian and global case evidence, it shows that process standardisation, clear roles, and employee involvement naturally foster inclusivity. TQM thus serves as both a driver of competitiveness and a catalyst for sustainable, equitable workplaces. |
