Abstract The aviation sector's growth and safety depend on rigorous training and personnel development. This study investigates how the management of aviation training standards influences personnel development within Uganda’s approved training organizations. Employing mixed methods including descriptive statistics, correlation, and regression analysis the findings reveal a significant positive relationship between training standards and workforce development. Respondents emphasized the role of regulatory frameworks, harmonized curricula, and practical training application. The study provides empirical evidence supporting strategic investment in aviation training policy and standardization reforms.
