Self-Knowledge in J. Krishnamurti's Philosophy

Author(s) Rajinder Singh
Country India
Abstract Humanity’s drive for knowledge and progress has led to significant advancements, improving safety, health, and convenience through inventions and innovations. However, despite these achievements, inner peace and happiness remain elusive, with society still facing mental insecurity, violence, fear, and division. Ancient texts show these issues have persisted for centuries, and attempts through religions, ideologies, and reforms have failed to create harmony, often fueling conflict. This raises the question of whether fundamental transformation is possible or if humanity will remain trapped in suffering and unrest.
