An In-Silico Identification of Top 10 Differentially Expressed Hub Genes in Triple Negative Breast Cancer Stem Cells Using MMC-Driven Network Analysis

Author(s) Ms. Shivi Sharma, Dr. Prashant Ankur Jain
Country India
Abstract This study has been undertaken to investigate the relationship among the top ten closely related genes. The MMC approach has been used to achieve the most efficient pathways through which the top ten highly linked genes in a biological network interact or exert their impact have been identified. This knowledge may be useful in understanding the regulatory mechanisms underlying biological processes or disorders, and it may also generate novel ideas for therapeutic methods. This information may be very helpful in understanding the regulatory mechanisms underlying biological processes or disorders, and it may open up new directions for experimental study or therapeutic interventions.
