Raj Yoga Meditation as a Tool for Coping with College Life Stressors and Remedies

Abstract The current time of rapid opportunities and change is often accompanied by intense stress. Raja Yoga meditation, a practice based on self-awareness ,realization as well as mental awareness for self ,super power and karmic account philosophy . It has been proven to be an effective way to deal with the pressures of college and school challenges . This article examines the diverse stressors faced by students of various levels of age and discusses how Raja Yoga meditation can serve as a means to ease out . Through a thorough analysis of the literature and studying available in public domain , it details the mental, physical and cognitive benefits that result through Raja Yoga meditation, and provides a comprehensive review of its value to college students.
