Abstract This descriptive-correlative study examined the research management of 48 regular faculty researchers of CBSUA-Sipocot in terms of campus governance and engagement, influence, and impact of completed outputs, and their relationship using the Research Development Framework (RDF) standardized instrument as the main tool. The data is treated using Weighted Mean and Ranking Technique, and Kendal tau-b to describe and relate the campus governance and engagement, influence, and impact of the completed outputs of the campus with the help of Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 27. Data revealed that in terms of research governance and organization of the campus, the CBSUA-Sipocot regular faculty members perceived that the campus has a moderate level of effectiveness in areas, Research Management (3.19) and Finance, Funding, and Resources (3.12). The same level of effectiveness was observed along engagement, influence and impact of completed outputs, in areas Communication and Dissemination (3.07) and Engagement and Impact (3.15). Findings revealed that there is a positive relationship between research governance and organization and engagement, influence and impact of completed outputs. This indicates that the research governance has a crucial role in fostering effective collaboration and communication among the faculty researchers. Strengthening the aspects of governance is vital to optimize the research environment in the campus and ensuring that researchers are able to effectively collaborate and disseminate their work will ultimately lead to greater real-world influence and impact. Further, a comprehensive intervention program is necessary to address the identified disparities in perceptions, enhance research governance, and improve communication to foster a more effective and collaborative research environment.
