| Abstract | The Legal Insight provides a digital platform to automate and accelerate the bail application process. By analyzing key factors from case details and historical case data, the system helps undertrial prisoners and legal authorities determine bail eligibility quickly and fairly. This paper details our approach using IndicBERT, a language model pre-trained in Indian languages, which is fine-tuned on the HLDC dataset to handle bail prediction tasks. The project emphasizes transparency, efficiency, and multi-language support in making fair predictions |
