Abstract An Roof-top On-Grid Solar (PV)Photovoltaic power plant are used for power generation the process of solar power plant converts the sun light energy into electrical energy. The objective of the present study is to assess the suitability of different PV technologies under Indian climatic conditions. The performance measure of photovoltaic technology arrays consisting of poly-crystalline silicon is carried out at a facility at Solar power plant baddi, Himachal Pradesh, India. The major focus of this research is to analysis performance and degradation analysis of on-grid roof-top solar power plant and find out the all barriers conditions that's decreased the performance of on-grid roof-top solar power plant and measure and predicated output. Also check the different-different parameters like ( Irradiance, Temperature, Generation and Tilt Angle etc). and designed the roof-top solar power plant with help of helio-scope software.
