Abstract he Stand-Up India Scheme, launched in 2016 to promote entrepreneurship among SCs, STs, and women, is evaluated from 2016–17 to 2024–25 using secondary data. The study analyzes loan sanctions, disbursements, repayment patterns, and state-wise distribution of beneficiaries. It highlights progress made, while noting challenges such as low sanction-to-disbursement ratios, delays, and documentation barriers, offering insights into the scheme’s role in inclusive growth and areas needing improvement.
