This study examines how employee performance and flexibility are affected by the Hybrid work arrangements in a number of different businesses. Work-life balance, employee productivity, performance indicators, work-hour and location flexibility, work arrangement preferences, and hybrid work environment issues are some of the important factors that are looked at. Data were gathered using a quantitative approach by means of a distributed questionnaire. Employees currently working in hybrid work environments were given a questionnaire, which was used to gather data.
