A Comparison Between Agile And Waterfall Approaches In Managing Large Projects

Abstract This research paper purposed to compare between two different approaches in project management field which are agile project management approach and waterfall project management approach. Also, to support organizations in doing best practices of managing large projects in any organization of public and private sectors and to be able to choose the best approach for them which depends on the project requirements and where it fit the best. This research paper used a secondary data as a research methodology from several variety of findings of articles in highly ranking academic journals with the same topic umbrella that included in its articles the primary data type which the secondary data derived from it. The aim of the study is to recommend a proper approach to manage large projects in any organization of both sectors which are public and private sectors.
