Abstract	Ayurveda is not only a medical science; it is a formula to live a better life. Ayurveda not only cures disease, but it is always the secret to free from diseases. Competition has increased among the students due to which the stress on them has also increased. Sushrut who is known as father of surgery. Study methods given by Sushruta to the students like confidence in their education, following Shishyapananayan Sanskar, studying from subject experts, reviewing study materials before studying, having faith in the subject, reading the same subject from different books, developing daily routine for study, studying with examples, Practicing regularly, by sharing what they learn, by following these, students can get good marks in the examination and avoid the stress of education.
