Effective model of building True Up Payroll Process in Workday Payroll

Abstract	This article focusses on how we can effectively design the true up payroll concepts in Workday Payroll and the various steps involved in this design. This research also provides information on what is the True up payroll and why it is necessary and the challenges around this payroll concept. This research outcome will provide the Workday Payroll view based on US payroll rules. This article proves the success of this design with a successful case study by implementing this design in the Tax Services industry with over 50000 employees and concludes with the implementation strategy.
