Abstract Employees typically take any public transportation vehicle—regardless of the distance or kilometers—from their home to the office. at order to stay out of traffic and obey traffic laws, drivers are allowed to pick up passengers at the loading and unloading area. The bus loading and unloading places are known to staff members so that passengers can ride along. Therefore, there are designated stations where public transportation vehicles, taxis, and buses park and pick up passengers. Employees want to know the exact position, duration, and itinerary of every vehicle, including buses and taxis, when they are traveling.

An application now in use tracks passengers' seat reservations using Google Forms. An application now in use tracks passengers' seat reservations using Google Forms. The website was developed using Google forms for reservations, log-in, and employee registration. However, the admin user is curious about the possibility of adding features like online seat reservations and passenger and driver tracking. However, they discovered that the present software only offers real-time location tracking and mapping with limited functionality. They are also using the Google Maps tool to find the branches and view the exact addresses. During the course of the project's development and implementation, they realized that a mobile application was required to address all of the needs, especially those pertaining to reservation-making, tracking, monitoring, and viewing the various positions of drivers of cars. The development team used a quantitative research method after discovering the procedure before beginning development. The distance from each bus site, bus or car parking area, and the distance from the driver to the employee or user are all calculated using this method.

As a current user, the app's current features may only display the employee's location. The application displayed the user's location based on the map view. The development team is working to gather all business requirements and features that could be incorporated. We evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed solution in relation to GPS tracking, and at this stage of development, the mobile app's integrated features have advanced somewhat.
