| Abstract | The relevance of enabling sustainability-oriented businesses has increased due to the rising need for sustainable solutions in today's corporate environment. Through creative business strategies, these entrepreneurs are essential in promoting social and environmental change. However, gaining specific knowledge and skills is necessary for such endeavors to succeed. The importance of education and training programs in giving entrepreneurs the skills they need to start and grow sustainable firms is examined in this study. The study looks at a number of official and informal educational systems intended to promote green entrepreneurial abilities. It explores the substance, modes of delivery, and efficacy of current initiatives to create entrepreneurs with a focus on sustainability, especially those that incorporate sustainability concepts into operations, business strategy, and market expansion. Leadership abilities, awareness of sustainable practices, financial literacy for green companies, and comprehension of measuring environmental and social effect are important areas of concentration. The study also looks at the prospects and problems with the present educational systems, such as the absence of a curriculum that is specifically designed for each student and the restricted availability of resources, particularly in developing nations. It emphasizes how crucial it is for private enterprises, public entities, and educational institutions to work together to create an environment that encourages sustainable entrepreneurship. The study provides best practices for creating and delivering training programs that may successfully empower entrepreneurs that are focused on sustainability through case studies and analysis of successful projects. This study also highlights the potential of education and training programs as catalysts for a more sustainable and socially conscious business environment by addressing educational gaps and providing workable solutions. In the end, the study emphasizes how important education is in forming the next generation of businesspeople who are dedicated to attaining long-term social, economic, and environmental sustainability. |
