| Abstract | In India, whenever parties to matrimonial disputes are dragged into the courts, it makes the situation even worst. Parties have to go through the tiresome judicial process while putting their confidential and sensitive information at stake. Here the concept of “Alternative Dispute Resolution” plays a significant role wherein using tools like Mediation, parties can resolve their matrimonial disputes in an amicable manner without further deteriorating the situation. Also, this process ensures that the sensitive information of parties is kept confidential and tailored as per the needs of the parties. |
