Abstract This study presented the development of a Web-Based Adaptive Multi-Event Tabulation System designed to improve scoring and result computation in diverse competitions. Traditional paper-based tabulation methods are often inefficient, error-prone, and resource-intensive. The proposed system automates score entry and result generation, offering real-time feedback and eliminating the need for redundant tabulation setups. Built using the Princeton Project Management Methodology, the system features customizable event modules, a responsive judge interface, and secure data handling. Evaluation based on ISO 25010 standards revealed high ratings in performance efficiency, reliability, functional suitability, and usability, with a weighted mean of 3.86, interpreted as “Highly Acceptable.” The system addresses key challenges faced by event organizers and judges, including time consumption, lack of transparency, and human error. Its adaptability and user-friendly design make it a practical solution for modern event management, enhancing fairness, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
