The second direct relation is between work engagement and employee OCB. The Third direct relation is between CSR perceptions and employee OCB. The second objective is to analyze the relationship between CSR perceptions and employee OCB through the mediation of work engagement. Finally, we will compare the results and identify the significant and strongest links useful for practice.
The quantitative approach is adopted upon which 200 valid questionnaires are analyzed using the SPSS with AMOS to test the relationships between the variables. The results show that CSR perceptions has a positive and significant effect on work engagement. Results also show that CSR perceptions and work engagement have not an impact on employee OCB. Added to that, the empirical analysis has shown that work engagement has no mediating effect on CSR perceptions and employee OCB. Certainly, these results have several implications both on the empirical and theoretical sides.
