Abstract Abstract: The systematic review explored the Critical Success Factors (CSFs) influencing businesses to integrate Sustainable Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) practices, addressing a significant gap in the existing literature. This study aims to identify and categorize the CSFs that facilitate the integration of CSR practices into business strategies, thereby contributing to business risk mitigation and resilience. The researchers adopted a mixed-method approach, scientometric and content analysis. The review follows PRISMA steps to draw articles and conference reports from multiple databases, resulting in a final selection of 71 relevant papers for analysis. Findings reveal 120 distinct CSFs categorized into ten unified networks: Environmental, Social, Economic, Ethical, Legal, Cultural, Stakeholder, Philanthropic, Reporting, and Technological factors. These insights provide practical guidance for practitioners looking to implement effective Sustainable CSR initiatives. Theoretically, the study contributes to the understanding of Sustainable CSR dynamics, encouraging future research to explore the interrelationships between identified sustainable CSR factors. The limitation includes the focus on English-language publications and the potential for bias in the selection of articles. This research is original in combining sustainability and CSR frameworks to provide a structured framework essential for understanding the elements of Sustainable CSR categories to offer insights for practitioners and researchers. In conclusion, the study underscores the importance of recognizing and prioritizing CSFs to navigate the complexities of Sustainable CSR.
