Abstract Paint pollution, primarily caused by the release of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and other hazardous substances during the application and drying processes, poses significant risks to human health and the environment. This research paper examines the sources of paint pollution, its health implications, environmental impacts, regulatory frameworks, and potential solutions for mitigating these adverse effects. By understanding the complexities of paint pollution, stakeholders can work collaboratively to promote safer alternatives and protect public health.
