A SURRVEY ON METAPHOR DETECTION AND INTERPRETATION

Abstract	Metaphor, as a type of figurative language, is deeply embedded in our everyday communication. With advances in Artificial Intelligence, numerous technological tools and architectures have emerged in this area. This article aims to provide a comprehensive review and classification of existing computational metaphor processing methods, focusing on metaphor recognition, analysis, creation, and applications. Furthermore, we examine the advantages and limitations of present approaches and propose potential guidelines for future research in the field.
