| Abstract | Health professionals nowadays experience a high level of burnouts than those of other professionals. Physical as well as mental stress is seen in most of them. When it comes to providing care for elderly individuals who are dependent on you, nursing homes and old age homes are crucial. Research on medical staff has primarily concentrated on cognitive-behavioural training interventions, physical and mental relaxation techniques, or organizational strategies to reduce workplace stress. Thus, the goal of the study is to pinpoint stress levels and major sources of stress, particularly among staff members of nursing homes. |
