| Abstract | Non-Communicable diseases have been the growing cause for many of the death cases. They account for around 71% of the deaths worldwide every year. Lack of healthy diets, proper workouts and malnutrition has been the major causes of non-communicable diseases. The time has come such that the whole world, especially in the last two years (that has seen a pandemic like Covid-19) people worldwide have started to give more priority towards Diet, Nutrition and Workout. This paper tries to give an insight on the importance of Diet and Nutrition in everyday life. |
