Abstract Background: Chronic nasal polyps (CNP) significantly impair quality of life, with conventional management options offering only partial relief and high recurrence rates. This study evaluates the effectiveness of an integrative approach combining homeopathy with lifestyle modification.

Methods: A single-centre, randomized study enrolled fifty patients with CNP (n=25 per group). Group A received homeopathy alone, while Group B received homeopathy plus structured lifestyle modifications. Outcomes were assessed using the NOSE score, recurrence rate, and patient satisfaction.

Results: Group B showed a mean NOSE improvement of 22.8 points (95% CI 13.4–32.2) versus 7.6 points (95% CI −1.9–17.1) in Group A. The between-group difference was 15.2 points (95% CI 2.2–28.2; p=0.023; Cohen’s d=0.66, moderate). Recurrence occurred in 4/25 (16%) of Group B compared with 10/25 (40%) of Group A (RR=0.40, 95% CI 0.14–1.11). Patient satisfaction was significantly higher in the integrative group (p<0.00001).

Conclusion: Integrative management of CNP with homeopathy and lifestyle modification provides clinically meaningful improvements in symptoms, reduces recurrence trends, and significantly enhances patient satisfaction. Larger multicentre trials are warranted to confirm these findings.
