Abstract Current transport operations despite rendering services with effective fleet face challenges such as:
• Overcrowding and unregulated deployment of vehicles.
• Lack of real-time tracking, coordination, and data-driven planning
• Overcharging, Service denial, and passenger inconvenience.
• Dearth of transport –Many a times.
• Communication gaps between stakeholders :
(RTC/PRIVATE STANDS/CONTRACTORS)
• STAND 1 & STAND 2)Associations have a fleet of almost 1100 vehs Road in worthy condition
To overcome these issues, the integration of technology-driven aggregator services is proposed.
