Abstract	The purity and effectiveness of the Ayurvedic medicines is a critical responsibility in their development. The manufacturation of herbal formulation is accompanied by several difficulties, such as low-quality raw materials, a lack of raw material authentication, a lack of standards, insufficient standardization processes and a lack of quality control parameters. Aim and Objective: To conduct organoleptic, physico-chemical analysis and TLC profile of Phalatrikadyam Churna. Material and Method: This section includes collection of drugs, Method of drug preparation, organoleptic and physico-chemical analysis and TLC study. Discussion: This section includes discussion on Loss on Drying, Total Ash Content, Acid Insoluble Ash Content, Water Soluble Ash Content, Water Soluble Extractive value, Alcohol Soluble Extractive value etc. of the drug Phalatrikadyam Churna. Conclusion: So, in the present study the analysis was performed to check the purity and effectiveness of the Phalatrikadyam Churna.
