Abstract A Sleeping Pattern Refers to the Individual's Habitual Way of Sleeping, Encompassing the Timing Duration, and Cyclical Nature of Sleep Stages Throughout a 24-hour Period. Screen Time is a Term Used for Activities Done in Front of a Screen, Such as Watching Tv, Working on a Computer, or Playing Video Games. a Descriptive Design Was Used for this Study and 100 Samples Were Selected by Purposive Sampling. Data Was Collected using Standardized and Structured Questionnaire to Find Out the Effects of Screen Time Exposure and Sleeping Pattern. the Data Collected Was Analyzed using Descriptive Statistics. the Findings Revealed that the Mean Attitude Score of Preschoolers Was 120.36 in Ankola
