| Abstract | Arnold chiari Malformation Type-1 is a congenital structural neurological disorders characterized by the downward herniation of the cerebellar tonsils through the foramen magnum into the cervical spinal canal.Common symptoms include occipital headache,dizziness,limb Numbness and sensory disturbances. Notably, patients often experience postural instability and significant impairments in ADLs. Neurological examination revealed truncal ataxia and a wide based gait, while MRI confirmed persistent cerebellar tonsillar descent. |
