Impact of Homoeopathic Intervention on Dermatological and Psychosocial Aspect of Chronic Plaque Psoriasis: An Evidence Based Case Report

Abstract	Psoriasis is a chronic, autoimmune skin condition marked by scaly plaque with significant impact on physically and psychologically patient’s quality of life. This case report presents a 42 yrs. old male patient with Chronic Plaque Psoriasis treated successfully with individualized Homoeopathic remedy based on totality of symptoms. Marked improvement was observed within 2 months with complete remission over a span of 3 months, supported by before and after photographic documentation. This case emphasizes the potential of Classical Homoeopathy in managing Autoimmune Dermatological conditions holistically.
