Country India
Abstract The purpose of this article is to examine the pattern of FDI inflows during the post-economic reform era. This research also examines foreign direct investment inflows into various industries and nations. Following liberalization, FDI plays a vital part in the expansion and advancement of the Indian economy. In general, FDI is seen as a catalyst for the creation of jobs, knowledge transfer, extensive network distribution, and the acceleration of local capital. Occasionally, a shortage of domestic capital prevents our nation from developing. In this instance, foreign capital fills the gap between domestic capital and the development requirements for our nation's sustainable growth. Therefore, FDI is necessary for improved development. The study's foundation is secondary data, and trend analysis was conducted using the exponential equation.
