Abstract To achieve the ambitious goal of universal access to education at all levels, including elementary, secondary, and higher education. The focus is on providing high-quality education that is free from pointless barriers and promotes a joyful learning environment. This initiative also emphasizes establishing essential infrastructure along with strong safety and security measures designed to protect children's well-being. In Tamil Nadu, the government has launched various educational schemes aimed at delivering inclusive, accessible, and high-quality education, especially in response to the learning losses caused by the pandemic. A key initiative among these is the Free Education Scheme, which offers financial support for undergraduate studies to ensure that higher education is accessible to all students. Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare Department offer crucial assistance to students pursuing both school and professional courses, thereby fostering educational opportunities for historically marginalized groups. These comprehensive programs are generally overseen by specialized government departments such as the School Education Department and the Backward Classes Welfare Department. Such targeted management addresses the diverse needs of different student groups and actively promotes educational equity across the state, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to succeed.
