Abstract The fast growth of cloud computing, especially serverless architectures, has created new chances for scalability, flexibility, and cost savings. But there is still no standard way to test and compare serverless platforms. This makes it hard for researchers and professionals to find system problems, improve application performance, and choose the best provider. At the same time, even though more companies are using cloud services, many aren’t using strong security methods like multi-factor authentication (MFA), biometric checks, or context-aware authentication. This low use leaves cloud systems open to new security risks, especially because of issues with setting these up, how easy they are to use, and making sure they work consistently. Fixing these problems is key to making cloud systems more reliable, secure, and trusted. This study will suggest better ways to test serverless systems and look at ways to make advanced security methods easier to use across different cloud platforms.
