| Abstract | Objective: Early detection of fetal anomalies is crucial for appropriate pregnancy managing and parental preparation. This research reconnoiters how artificial intelligence (AI) integration with ultrasonography enhances detection of congenital abnormalities during pregnancy. Method: The study evaluated 1,250 pregnant women using both conventional sonography and AI-augmented techniques across three trimesters. Results: AI-integrated ultrasonography significantly improved detection rates for cardiac, neural, skeletal, and renal anomalies, particularly in the 1st and 2nd trimesters. Detection accuracy increased from 72.4% with unadventurous methods to 91.7% with AI integration. False positive rates decreased by 62%, while detection of subtle anomalies improved by 78.3%. Conclusion: The AI integration represents a transformative approach in prenatal diagnostics, enabling earlier intervention and improved pregnancy outcomes through enhanced anomaly detection capabilities |
