Abstract Bangladesh, a country with a rich agrarian tradition and rapid urbanization, is grappling with the modernization of its land administration system. This paper delves into the digital transformation of land law governance in Bangladesh, exploring the existing frameworks, persistent challenges, and pragmatic solutions. It emphasizes the crucial need for legal reforms, technological advancements, and institutional reforms to create a transparent, efficient, and secure land system. Without addressing these systemic gaps, the dream of a fully digital land system remains elusive.
