Measurement of attitude towards organizational commitment among Employees: A Case Study of Patna

Introduction: The present study explores the attitude towards organisational commitment (OC) among employees, with special attention to gender differences. The concept of employment commitment lies at the heart of any analysis of human resource management. Indeed, the rationale for introducing Human Resource Management policies is to increase levels of commitment so positive outcomes can ensure Method: A total of 100 participants (52 males and 48 females) were selected using purposive sampling. Standardised tools were administered to assess levels of attitude towards organisational commitment. Statistical techniques, including Pearson’s correlation coefficient and independent samples t-tests, were used to analyse the data. Results: The findings revealed a significant positive indicating that employees with organisational commitment. The gender-wise analysis showed that male and female employees demonstrated organisational commitment. The strength of association was slightly higher among male participants.
