| Abstract | Using a check-based methodology, this study examines how affectation affects cost-cutting tactics and profitability across medium- and large businesses. Fiscal directors, R&D, and operation directors from 150 respondents in the manufacturing and service industries were given a structured questionnaire. Correlation analysis and regression models were used to analyze the data. The findings indicate a strong inverse relationship between profitability and affect, whereas businesses that implemented innovative cost-cutting measures reported comparatively steady profit margins. The study comes to the conclusion that one of the most important ways to reduce the impact of inflation on company profitability is through strategic cost operation. |
