| Abstract | This study examines the learning strategies and academic challenges faced by Grade XI students in the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) curriculum. A survey of 200 students was conducted to assess concept retention, study methodologies, level of engagement, subject-specific difficulties, time management practices, and external factors affecting academic performance. The findings reveal that 196 students identify Physics as the most challenging subject, followed by Chemistry. Key challenges include poor concept retention, with students occasionally struggling to remember material, and low engagement levels during lectures. External factors such as insufficient sleep and stress significantly impact academic performance. The study identifies a critical need for improved study strategies and additional academic support, with 124 students explicitly requesting supplementary assistance. |
