Abstract This study examines the impact of immunostimulants on live birth outcomes and frozen embryo transfer (FET) success rates in various age groups. Three age cohorts of individuals were included in our randomised controlled trial: those under 30, those between 30 and 35, and those above 35. Before FET, each group had a standardised immunostimulant regimen. Live birth rates and FET success rates were the primary outcomes that were examined; pregnancy problems and immunological alterations were the secondary outcomes. The study emphasises how immunostimulants may improve reproductive results in cases of age-related infertility difficulties. According to these results, immunostimulants may be added to clinical FET protocols, particularly for patients over 35, in order to increase the likelihood of a successful pregnancy and live birth.
