| Abstract | This research explores the impact of AI-driven services on improving the patient experience, emphasizing the quality of communication and health literacy. Employing a cross-sectional, quantitative method, information was gathered from 200 individuals in the Delhi/NCR area who had engaged with AI-driven healthcare technologies such as chatbots, virtual assistants, and mobile apps. The results indicate a statistically significant positive relationship between the utilization of AI-powered services and enhanced communication between patients and healthcare professionals (r = 0.536, p < 0.01). Additionally, the research noted a moderate but significant relationship between AI-driven instructional resources and enhanced patient comprehension of health information (r = 0.376, p < 0.01). These findings indicate that AI can enhance patient empowerment through timely, consistent, and easily accessible communication and educational materials. The research highlights the importance of combining AI tools with human-led assistance to enhance their effectiveness, particularly in boosting health literacy. The study finds that AI acts as an important addition to conventional care, improving patient satisfaction and aiding patient-focused healthcare delivery, especially in advancing digital healthcare systems. |
