| Abstract | In the contemporary global economy, educated youth unemployment has emerged as a critical socio-economic challenge. Global financial crisis hits youth than adult. Despite rising levels of higher education attainment, many graduates face difficulties in securing stable employment, leading to financial instability, social alienation, and psychological stress. This paper explores the financial crisis faced by unemployed educated youth by analyzing the underlying causes, the socio-economic impacts, and potential strategies to address this growing concern. The study adopts a descriptive research design, relying on secondary data from reports, surveys, and academic studies. Findings reveal a mismatch between education and labor market requirements, lack of entrepreneurial opportunities, and systematic economic challenges are key drivers of unemployment. The paper concludes by suggesting sustainable policy interventions, skill development initiatives, and support mechanisms to bridge the gap between education and employability. |
