| Abstract | 1. Executive Summary 1.1 Study purpose The purpose of the study will be to redefine the Contract Management Life Cycle (CMLC) by eradicating inefficiencies, normalizing the processes, and ensuring compliance with the regulatory aspect using digital transformation. 1.2 Business drivers The most significant forces are the augmentation of the contract amounts, expanding regulatory necessities, lack of uniformity in templates, and time wastage through manual processes. The current competitive demands require speed, absence of errors, and auditability in the performance of contracts. 1.3 Proposed digital architecture One common digital world where Conga CPQ, PowerApps, GCPS, Model N, and UI Path are combined enables to creation, validation, execution, and monitoring of the contracts without a problem. 1.4 Key functional improvements Upgrades include feature common templates, automated uploads, peer review error drive, SOX-compliant controls, and real-time performance dashboards. 1.5 Business Results The solution provides faster cycle times, far more data accuracy, greater compliance, and enables further scalability. It sets the organization in a position to fulfill the present needs and prepares to cope with changes in regulations and market changes in the future. |
