Abstract This study aimed to identify the impact and effectiveness of the Housekeeping Extension Program to Aeta Senior High School students. It utilized a descriptive research design that used Likert-scale survey instrument. A total remuneration sampling technique was used to select the participants for this study, which included 23 Aeta Senior High students from Villa Maria, Porac, Pampanga. As a result, the training program has an 87% to 96% rate of success in acquiring soft and hard skills. The training program has a positive assessment from the respondents’ experience with a mean of 3.22 that indicates that the training program is effective. The soft and hard skills acquired in the program are life-long skills and are very relevant to daily routine. Recommendation for the study is to assess the program annually to maintain the quality of the training. An annual update on the modules is also necessary to ensure updated learning information and to keep up with the fast changing system of the Hospitality Industry.
