A Study on the Behavior of Unorganised Workers Toward their Jobs in Quepem Taluka, Goa

Abstract This study examines the behavior of unorganised workers related to their jobs in Quepem taluka, Goa. The research explores several determinants of job satisfaction, work attitudes, and overall well-being of workers in the unorganised sector. A blended methodology was used, integrating quantitative survey with qualitative interviews. The study reveals meaningful connections between job satisfaction, job conditions, and socio-economic factors. Findings indicate that while workers face numerous challenges, they demonstrate resilience and adaptability. Recommendations for policy interventions and future research directions are provided
