| Abstract | This study examines the behavior of unorganised workers related to their jobs in Quepem taluka, Goa. The research explores several determinants of job satisfaction, work attitudes, and overall well-being of workers in the unorganised sector. A blended methodology was used, integrating quantitative survey with qualitative interviews. The study reveals meaningful connections between job satisfaction, job conditions, and socio-economic factors. Findings indicate that while workers face numerous challenges, they demonstrate resilience and adaptability. Recommendations for policy interventions and future research directions are provided |
