| Abstract | The advent of information technology has transformed the banking industry by delivering unprecedented speed, security, efficiency, and service quality through electronic banking and payment solutions. Customers can effortlessly manage their accounts, access statements, transfer funds, and purchase drafts with just a few keystrokes. With the various services that are available i.e. ATM, payment cards etc. made it easy for customers to make payments anywhere and at anytime. Additionally, the reforms in the banking sector and the advent of E-banking have profoundly transformed service quality, managerial decisions, operational effectiveness, and productivity within Banks. This paper aims to study that customer’s perception in terms of digital payment system is positive and is growing rapidly in today’s digitization scenario. For the analysis of date, various secondary as well as primary data can be used in this study along with the detailed questionnaire and in-depth interview in which it is determined that digital payment adoption during covid 19 by various income groups which includes UPI, Bank apps, third party mobile app, debit/credit cards includes 20% top, 40% middle and 40% lowest have also been determined. Various frequency and percentage distribution along with Factor and Regression Analysis, Cronbach Alpha and Frequency percentage can also be used for the analysis of data. |
