| Abstract | In India, there has been an increase in the role of women in entrepreneurship. Despite this emphasis, women confront great difficulties when it comes to pursuing strong entrepreneurial endeavours. This research examines the factors influencing Indian women's entrepreneurial potential and intentions, focusing on three important criteria: perceived desirability, feasibility, and risk. The study aims to uncover the subtle connections between perceived desirability, feasibility, and risk perceptions, demonstrating their combined influence on shaping and steering women’s entrepreneurial intentions. The primary research goals include understanding the elements that influence Indian women's entrepreneurial potential and inclinations. The data is gathered via a survey questionnaire, which is administered both online and offline. In total, 210 replies were used in the study. The data is examined utilising approved processes and methodologies such as EFA, Confirmatory Factor Analysis CFA, and AMOS (20). According to the statistical findings, perceived desirability and feasibility positively increase potential, while perceived risk negatively affects potential. Finally, entrepreneurial potential has a strong and favourable influence on the desire to be an entrepreneur. The study’s limitations and future scope are described further in the paper. |
