Abstract Breast Cancer is one of the most prevalent cancers globally, affecting both women and men, though it's significantly more common in women in developing countries due to limited awareness and delayed diagnosis. Early detection is crucial, as it greatly improves the chances of successful treatment. Regular screenings, such as mammograms, self-examinations, and awareness of family history, are key preventive measures. In medical science, diagnosis and prognosis is one of the most difficult and challenging tasks. In real life situation, there are many issues in which we face uncertainties, vagueness, complexities and unpredictability. Intuitionistic fuzzy set explain uncertainty to some extent. It is not sufficient to study all sorts of uncertainty present in real – life. Here neutrosophic data plays a significant role to study the concept of indeterminacy data without any restriction. Neutrosophic logic, an extension of fuzzy logic, introduces three membership functions—truth (T), indeterminacy (I), and falsity (F)—providing a more comprehensive representation of complex human judgments. By applying these theories to breast cancer KAP data, the study highlights regions of misinformation, uncertainty, and partial knowledge, offering nuanced insights into public awareness. In this paper, the application of Neutrosophic to statistical data in a study assessing women’s Knowledge, Attitude and Practice related to Breast cancer.
