| Abstract | Abstract Title: Women's Leadership: Diversity Dynamics in Educational Organization Author: Joan G. Pulmones Adviser: Juliet G. Fallado, EdD Key words: Women’s Leadership, Diversity, Educational Organization The study analyzes gender dynamics in educational leadership, covering gender distribution, age profiles, leadership styles, and challenges women leaders face. It reveals significant gender disparities in certain roles, affecting gender preferences and generational gaps in representation. Despite these disparities, experience levels among school heads are balanced between genders. Women leaders display diverse leadership styles but need individualized consideration and proactive leadership improvement. Challenges for women include gender biases, financial burdens, and family responsibilities. Recommendations to address these issues involve implementing gender equity initiatives, addressing bias in hiring and promotion, providing supportive work environments, promoting leadership diversity, offering tailored development programs, fostering inclusive cultures, encouraging mentorship, and advocating for policy changes. These steps aim to create a more inclusive and equitable leadership landscape, empowering women in educational leadership roles. |
