| Abstract | Pulp therapy in primary teeth with pulpal involvement is primarily intended to preserve the tooth until its natural exfoliation, thereby preventing any occlusal disturbances in the developing permanent dentition. However, when factors such as severe root resorption or furcal radiolucency are present, pulpectomy may not be a viable option. In such scenarios, Lesion Sterilization and Tissue Repair (LSTR) presents a promising alternative to extraction and subsequent placement of a space maintainer. |
| Keywords | Triple antibiotic paste, lesion sterilization and tissue repair, primary teeth, pulpectomy. |
