| Abstract | This paper introduces AgenticAI, a desktop and mobile AI application that integrates natural language processing (NLP), predictive analytics, and computer vision with drone-based location monitoring. The system analyzes large-scale contract data, including standard models such as FIDIC, NEC, JCT, and custom contracts, to identify high-risk items, predict potential conflicts, and propose real-time interventions to mitigate risk. Furthermore, AgenticAI compares planned progress against actual progress using drone-based site surveys, detects safety violations, automates Temporary Payment Certificate (IPC), and supports quality checks and risk assessments. By Leveraging Interpretable Artificial Intelligence (XAI), the system provides comprehensive and proactive decision support, increasing trust, transparency and accountability in the delivery of construction projects. |
